Western boxing and Muay Thai are two of the most popular combat sports in the world. While both involve punching and striking, there are significant differences between the two. In western boxing, fighters are only allowed to punch with their fists, while in Muay Thai, fighters can use their fists, feet, elbows, and knees to strike their opponent.
